Conclusions:-

Like come on... I could relate to people for nuts.

I'm not the kind of guy whom everybody loves.

Neither can I organize a simple barbeque event (bad memories, hoho).

But I learnt!

I don't know how... Things just happened along the way, whether they were problems or blessings...

But all I know, I grew in spirit. And that's why I'm back.

The focus for me this season is not to improve in CG leading, nor is it to improve in my directing skills and shot taking.

The focus for me is to grow in my spirit. Because I know if I grow in spirit, all these I've mentioned will come along and fall into place.

I'm going to pray even more and spend even more time in God's presence. I'm going to read my Bible every single day and receive more and more revelations.

Samuel grew and grew and grew... Because he always ministered before the Lord.

I'm going to be like Samuel.

E20! We're going to grow. Don't be discouraged or disheartened... It is possible!

Just want to shout out to each and every one of you out there... You guys are the best!

Kenneth - Don't let people look down on you for your personality and lack of abilities. God has chosen you to be where you are, and you will flourish and grow. Ever since I got to know you more, you always reminded me of myself then and even now. Keep going, don't give up, you will rise up and grow so much in your photography skills because you have a hungry spirit, and if you build on it, God's going to build on your skills. You can grow and rise up in Photography, we believe in you!

Anthony - God loves young people. You have plenty of time, and I believe one day you're going to rise up in the worship ministry. Three months ago a CG guitarist, three months later a zone guitarist and next year, a worship team guitarist. Stay faithful to the small things! :)

Lester - I love your blog entries, especially your recent one! In fact I'm quite inspired by you about the reason why you're saving up... HAHAHA! *wink*wink* MUST SHARE WITH ME YOUR SECRET... Anyway, you're going to grow to great heights in God because you are so pure in heart and so faithful to little things and details. God's going to anoint you in any thing you do for him in any area, be it singing and worship leading in future, be it taking great shots, or be it as a steward of money... Every thing you touch, you will change! My my, when are you EVER going to ORD!?!?!?

Tee Ang - Complete joker, but simple at heart. That's why God can move in your life, and God will move even faster, even mightier, even more... The stature of your spirit will be the level of your success in life more than all the hard work in learning the skills, so keep building on it! You're doing great!

Mark - Family. You are one of us no matter what. We are always here for you. We believe in you. People may think you'll not make it and label you off, but not in Heart of God church. Keep going. You were great on usher that day. Keep growing!

Fabian - God will never give up on you. We will never give up on you. We believe one day, God will use your skills and talents for His glory, and you will find your true purpose in life. Jeremiah 29:11 :)

Tommy - Religion doesn't matter. Our friendship does. God cares about who you are more than what you do. He loves you for who you are, so do we. We have always see you as part of us even though you've never seen yourself as such. Taste and see that God is good! Revelation! :)

Derry - Quiet, but mighty. Just like how it's the beginnings of leadership for our church, it is for you. God has put favour and influence in your life to meet their needs, and with faith in God, and your character to be constantly built on, you will rise to your purpose in which is so much higher than you can imagine or even dream of!

Miaow Guan - God says well done, my good and faithful servant. But I believe He's not done with you yet. While faithfully serving in the littlest things you do, God has been building every single other area in your life which you thought you've chosen to neglect and didn't need. You're going to do so much more for God than you can ever think of before you enter the army. Your capacity will grow with your spirit. You're the man!

I want E20 to grow so much in spirit that all will see the glory of God more than our skills and talents.

We will be so significant and successful, that the disillusioned will look at us and see hope in themselves.

Truly, God is faithful.

Strength of twenty in spirit.

One thousand and four hundred.

One hundred and fifty.

Twenty.

No wonder such people will always stay where they are.

Some people just deserve to stay at where they are for the rest of their lives because of their attitude.

Take some irritating security guards for example. Those in Singpost or Qi Wei's condo.

This gets funnier if we talk more about it, but I guess I'm in no mood to laugh.

Pastor always tell us, your attitude in life determines your altitude in Christ.

Don't be too quick to look down on us. Don't be too quick to judge or label us.

One day we're going to grow so big and strong, you will see things that has never happened before.

So many leaders will arise to the extent where they can be sent to other zones and CGs where need more help.

So many servant hearted people who can do BOTH pastoral and ministry.

So spiritual, that every single thing they touch, they will change.

If you have nothing good to say, don't say.

If you are not even in the right position to say it, all the more hold your tongue.

I challenge you to change your attitude and stop being so self-centred and self-absorbed.

I challenge you to look beyond yourself and understand people more.

If not, you'll never understand why people who are of lesser skills and talents than you grow faster than you.

Skills and abilities may take you to where you are now, or where you will be, but it's your character and attitude that will keep you there.

Have some conviction.

HAHA. It's such an early time to do so. Well, I'm attending an Ops meeting later on and I just found this time where I can update!

Hmm what's there to say... My debut as a director was not bad, just got to get more of the feel of it and be more focussed during service! Hahaha. Yeah, I'm actually a rather distracted person, so it's a miracle that I'm already a Live Feed crew! But I believe it's God's appointment that I am in Service ops. I did not choose Him, but He chose me! :)

- Gym outing with Derry and Miaow Guan!

- Cut my hair

- Pack my room (after those nights of mugging and leaving all the notes around)

- Re-plan my finances (I'm saving up for either a Takamine or a Taylor, confirmed already)

- Plan my diet (no I am not dieting, I'm just improving my health!)

- Teach guitar?? (those who've been pestering me for it, HAHAHA KIDDING!)

That practically will wrap up my coming week. So if you can see, I'm still quite free (I'm still having holidays!). You still can date me out, just drop me a message. HAHA.

I'm so inspired by Pastor How's reply to my email.

Pastor said I am a man of revelations and convictions. Revelations from the bible that makes me a good preacher, and convictions that made me stand up and keep going for God.

Man, my pastor knows me more than I know myself.

I love my pastors to the mexicooooooo!

Speaking of which, I really need to know myself! I think I never knew my own potential, strength, abilities... Now I do...

Now I know I can go much further, I can do much more... Right now, I ain't doing nothing close to what I can do with God's empowerment.

Only pastoral work and live feed... What else? I'm too free. I'm not busy at all.

I'm not going to do the same things when the church hits 1400...

I'll lead many more CGs, do so much more in church and what more I'm so going to be on staff.

I'm going to keep to my revelations and convictions... I'm going to keep my vision alive.

Proverbs 12:24 - "The hand of the diligent will rule, but the lazy man will be put to forced labor."

Laziness will make you hate hard work... Hate administration, hate technical stuffs, everything... Even if it may be something you are good at...

Because everything requires hard work...

Laziness will make you feel forced to do the work...

But if you just love the achievement and the fruit of hard work... You will rule over your world...

You will be on top of every single thing, be fruitful in every area and have so much more space to grow and breakthrough...

On time for your YA, integration lists, work plans, reports etc.

Garrett said one thing which was very powerful: "We will only breakthrough if we are comfortable with following every single process and instruction given to us..."

Seriously, if we still struggle to maintain, God will not give us the increase.

Because we don't have any more capacity left.

E Zone CGLs! Let's keep going.

I believe we all can work together and bring the zone to 150!

Let's keep in mind that we did not choose Him but He chose us!

Our CGs will grow and multiply and breakthrough!

Let's build our CGs to be radical and fruitful!
